Sally Aujla MCSP.

Sally Aujla, the Practice Principal, qualified from the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham in 1983 and is an established physiotherapist with experience in the NHS at Charing Cross Hospital, Private Practice at the Reading Sports Injury Clinic and Occupational Health at British Airways. She set up The Physiotherapy Centre at Heathrow Airport Airport in 1990. The clinic relocated to The Concorde Club (BA Sports Centre) in 2007

Sally's particular interests are Sports and Work-related injuries and Musculo-skeletal disorders.

Paul Smith MCSP.
Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with The Health Professions Council.

Paul Smith qualified as a physiotherapist in 1971 after completing his training at the R.N.I.B School of Physiotherapy. He spent twenty years working at various hospitals within the National Health Service and the Public Health Service of Australia. Much of this time was spent treating people with a wide variety of Orthopaedic, Rheumatology and sporting problems. Since 1992 he has worked at The Physiotherapy Centre. Paul specialises in treating problems of the Spine with various techniques of manipulation.

Ishmael Beckford BSc MCSP.
Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with the Health Professions Council.

Ishmael Beckford qualified from the University of Nottingham. He has gained experience in rehabilitation of sports injuries working with county rugby and professional football teams. In accompaniment to this experience he has received further training in Remedial Massage, Trigger Point Release and specific manipulations. Ishmael is particularly interested in treating lower back problems and musculoskeletal injuries with various manual techniques, core stability training and other exercise based therapies.

Sonia Arora MSc BSc MCSP.
Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with the Health Professions Council

Sonia Arora qualified as a Physiotherapist in 2002 from S.B.S (PG) Institute of Biomedical Sciences & Research Institute, Dehradun, India. She did 2 years of specialisation in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in IAMR, New Delhi, India and completed a Diploma in Sports Sciences in 2005 from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad, India. Practised as a Senior Physiotherapist in the Army Hospital R & R, New Delhi and also worked as the Head of Physiotherapy Department with Rotary International Health Services in India.

She has done an MSc in Rehabilitation from University of Northumbria at Newcastle, UK in 2007. In UK continued her career as Senior Physiotherapist in a Locum position in Nuffield Hospital, Leeds. Worked in Lewisham NHS Trust as Senior Physiotherapist, gained experience in rehabilitating geriatric bed based rehabilitation including musculoskeletal & neurological conditions. Sonia joined The Physiotherapy Centre in January 2008.

Sonia specialises in treating musculoskeletal, orthopaedic & traumatic cases, sports injuries by using various manual & mechanical techniques.

Juliet Methven BSc (Hons), MCSP, SRP.
Chartered Physiotherapist and registered with the Health Professionals Council

Juliet Methven qualified at the University of East London. She has since worked in private practice gaining experience in treating a range of musculoskeletal injuries. She has received further training in sports and remedial massage.

Juliet has also gained experience in the field of ergonomics providing consultancy and individual assessments for London-based companies aimed at decreasing injury rates and time off work due to common work-related musculoskeletal disorders such as back pain and RSI. It involves actively improving employee's working environment, providing potential patients with self-management strategies and highlighting the ergonomic principles to minimise the risk.

Juliet is particularly interested in treating Musculo-skeletal disorders, Sports and Work-related injuries using various mobilisation/manual techniques and exercise-based therapies.
